Alan is a good man and his products are stellar. Too bad his store was ransacked by thugs from LA earlier this week. Since LA wont prosecute criminals perhaps it should be walled off.

Super friendly and high experience level makes this the place to go for diamonds. I have purchased my wife's wedding hardware from Alan, which always lights up a room with colo and provokes kudos from the gentlemen and admiration from the ladies.

When my fiancé at the time and I moved to Irvine we frequented the Park Place shopping center often. We popped in to Jewels by Alan casually one day and we were immediately warmly welcomed by Nasrin who, without any pressure genuinely, took interest in us and the nature of our visit. In my experience, finding a piece of jewelry is the easy part however finding a jeweler that you can trust and that has integrity is most challenging. After years of being a customer and having a relationship with both Alan and Nasrin they feel more like family. I have peace of mind with every purchase and there have been many pieces purchased. I refer them to all of my friends and family. As it turns out I was customer of Alan’s about 20 years ago. Coincidentally I had purchased a diamond necklace from him when I was a teenager but didn’t recall until I was looking for it (to gift my daughter) when I came across the box right before my eyes was Alan’s contact information from his former location. Small world! If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable and professional jeweler who has withstood the test of time go visit Alan!

I always thought buying an engagement ring would be a daunting task but with Alan and Nasrin's help, I was able to find the perfect ring for my fiancé. They are really nice people and are willing to go out of their way to get you exactly what you want. I would highly recommend anyone people to go here because they've got some high-quality jewelry at well below the retail price.

I did not have a jeweler that I trusted and I walked in while waiting for my phone at the nearby Verizon store. Walked out over a period of a few days with some of my jewelry being repaired and a new ring, as the diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring. Nasrin did such an amazing job on my custom ring. I’m very particular, and she was so kind and attentive throughout the whole process and really listened to what I wanted. I ended up with my perfect diamond ring and couldn’t be happier.
